4. Payments and Refunds
4.1 Payments

- APN reserves the right to change pricing and fees at any time, with notice to users for any future purchases.
4.2 Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be granted at APN's discretion, subject to the user's engagement with the course content.
5. Service Availability
5.1 Uptime
- APN aims to provide uninterrupted access to the platform but does not guarantee 100% uptime.
5.2 Maintenance
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance and conducted during off-peak hours whenever possible.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination by User
- Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting APN support.
6.2 Termination by APN
- APN reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for any violation of these terms or for any other reason at its discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
- APN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform.
- APN's total liability to any user for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by the user to APN in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless APN, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of their use of the platform or any violation of these terms.
9. Changes to Terms
APN reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which APN operates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
